Yes, Super Bowl is tonight. Pretty excited. I look forward to the commercials..yes, I will be cheering for the Giants, but only because I miss New York City. Our video is getting closer to 1 Million views.

We made it back from North Carolina last night and are already looking forward to our Virginia trip this week. The experience this past weekend was more than what I expected on so many levels. First, performing in Chapel Hill is like going to another country.

An interesting week this was. I typically dread the January time. It’s cold and dark, but so far this month has been outrageously great. The last three months, I have been in a song-writing slump…not a happy place for a songwriter to be, but this month---life is baaaaccccckkkkk! Inspiration began flowing again.

It’s early and as you stretch, open your peepers, the first thing that comes to your mind? Coffee, a latte, a cappuccino? Some of us get barely dressed and head to our neighborhood Starbucks, while others…make use of our coffee machines at home. This love of caffeine is widely felt not just across the US, but the world. And, love is most likely an understatement. For me, it’s almost an obsession.

I am so looking forward to this year. Last night was one of those great New Year’s Eves. I went to a couple of parties, saw friends I had not seen in forever, ended up having a fantastic late dinner at Ping Pong Dim Sum and then, rang in the new year!

This past week was one of the best of my life! I am not sure I would change a thing. It was truly a smiling kind of week. For those who were watching, yes, I sang the National Anthem at the Redskins game – and I did not forget the words!

This is an amazing week! First, it’s Christmas week. I am a Christmas NUT. Yes, I have two trees, because one is just not enough. Second, I am performing on the field at the Redskins vs. Vikings game!!!!! And, third, I am now apart of Mall World because of Klickpush!
