I recently teamed up with Robert Jazayeri--you may know him. He worked with the industry's top labels (including Jive and Sony) and produced hit songs like "When Your Eyes Say It" by Britney Spears and All Saints' multi-platinum single "Never Ever." Jazayeri and I are working together to go on my album "Turning Point", which is currently scheduled for release in Fall 2009. Robert has a way of pulling the very best from you. We have already developed three songs together, including "A Simple Touch", a song about love at first sight with a smooth R&B feel, "Amazing Dreams", an ode to friendship, and "Timeless".

Listening to the highlights from our KBUT show that I placed on the website: http://sidefxband.net/blog.asp. I had to take 2 hours worth of show and cut it to 16 min. or people would get bored. I was not thrilled with the sound quality. I guess that's what you get when you arrive 45 min late for the show. We had a bit of a keyboard issue. Poor Dave had to drive 40 minutes after two hours of sleep just to find out that the keyboard music store owner was not going to show up. A bit of stress to an otherwise normal gig day.
