Filmmaker & Screenwriter
Kim is an award-winning filmmaker, screenwriter, and producer. She has directed three full-length animated features in the Seaper Powers series (In Search of Bleu Jay’s Treasure, Mystery of the Blue Pearls, The Rescue), currently distributed worldwide by Adler & Associates. These films have earned awards for Best Soundtrack, Best Screenplay, Best Female Director, Best Trailer, and Best Animated Feature.

She also created the award winning TV music-docuseries Miami’s Listening Party (Amazon Prime, Tubi) and two music documentaries (Carpe Musicam, This Is Kim). Her musical Her Story won Best New York Screenplay and was workshopped in London’s Theatre District. She is currently in production on her fourth feature film.

A former broadcast journalist and writer for the National Examinerand Smithsonian, Kim is the author of the award-winning children’s book series Seaper Powers.
